We sent you an email with your temporary password to access the platform. Follow these steps to find it.
Quick steps to find your email
Check your spam folder
Welcome emails sometimes end up in the Spam or Junk folder.
Search by sender
Type "[email protected]" in your email's search bar.
Mark it as safe
If you find it in spam, mark it as "Not spam" to receive it in your main inbox.
Instructions by email provider
Check the Spam folder
In the left panel, look for "Spam" or "Junk" and open that folder.
Search by subject
You can also search: subject:Bienvenido
subject:BienvenidoMark as "Not spam"
If you find the email in Spam, open it and click "Not spam" to move it to your main inbox.
Still can't find the email?
If you checked spam and nothing turned up, first confirm with your administrator that your registered email is spelled correctly. If everything looks right, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll resolve it right away.
